Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

(Colossians 3:16)

Hi there, I'm Bailey. I am a blogger and worshiper of Jesus. Recently married to my husband, Jacob, I am growing as a wife daily and learning more of the love of God because of it. We have recently welcomed our daughter, Abigail Ruth, into the world and our lives. It has been so fun watching her learn and grow. Our home church is Revival Christian Fellowship where we seek to learn, fellowship, and serve with our church family.

I have always had a love for writing, and I long to do it in a way that glorifies Jesus. I blog on my studies of God's word, and it is my goal to create devotional content, because what is more important than learning and growing in the Bible?

They say curiosity killed the cat, but when it comes to the Christian's relationship with the Bible, I believe the opposite is true.

I think we can have this tendency to hear Bible stories, and listen to sermons, with a hardened heart. We think in our minds, I've heard this before, or another alter call?

We lose this sense of interest, and that's why my theme here is "Stay Curious." I want us to learn how to open God's Word, whether it be a book we've never read before, or John 3:16, with a heart of curiosity. God's Word is alive and can always minister to our hearts.

I want to let the word of God dwell in my heart richly, as it says in Colossians 3:16, and to teach and admonish others in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, and to sing with thankfulness in my heart to God.
